FACILITATING

I work with small groups (up to 6) to assist them in improving their performance in working as a team. The team will already have gone through Myers-Briggs, Belbin and other psychometric instruments and is keen to make further progress.

The team will work on real work issues that are priorities at the moment and CCTV will be used on selected occasions to add realism to the feedback and enable participants to ‘see ourselves as others see us’.
